We are a small but mighty group of therapists who work with you 1-on-1 so your whole appointment time is purely reserved for you. We welcome all injuries and treat everyone from athletes, weekend warriors, work/posture pain, post-operative rehab, and everything in between. Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy aims to rehabilitate you after an injury, or as a form of injury prevention. Appointments are always 1-on-1 with the practitioner. Therapies may include: manual/hands-on therapy, electro-therapy (TENS, muscle stim, ultrasound, or laser), heat/ice, acupuncture/dry needling, exercise prescription, or education.


Online Physiotherapy

Online Physiotherapy includes a full assessment of the injury, followed by education, advice, and exercise programming tailored to your home environment done on a platform with a video chat.

Adina holds a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. She is a Certified Acupuncturist with Acupuncture Canada, and has completed continued education for Graston Technique and McGill courses for Back Pain. 

Adina loves helping clients get back to their active selves after acute or chronic injuries, as well as work together to prevent injuries particularly in physical jobs or for clients preparing for sports competitions. Her practice includes rehabilitation for sport and orthopedic injuries for individuals of all ages while applying her extensive background in personal training and kinesiology to create fun and effective treatments.

Growing up, Jack always knew he wanted to become a Physiotherapist. Upon graduating 12 years ago, Jack honed his skills working across a whole spectrum of hospital and rehabilitation settings and as a pitchside Physiotherapist in British professional rugby.

Jack has worked with various clients, including; professional and Olympic athletes, everyday warriors, postpartum and the elderly.

Jack is a sports and physical activity specialist. He also has extensive experience working in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation.

Jack adopts a personalized approach at every opportunity. He uses a variety of techniques to keep his clients functional, pain-free and beyond; precise assessment, functional movement screening, Intramuscular stimulation dry needling, joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise, including strength and conditioning program prescription.

As an interdisciplinary healthcare professional, Jack considers himself part of the team required to assess and treat injuries, fuelled by his passion for building professional networks and staying in tune with the latest evidence-based practice.

Leah is currently on Maternity Leave — Leah received her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and certification in Athletic Therapy from the University of Manitoba in 2012. She went on to further her education at the University of Alberta and complete her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy in 2016. She believes a rehabilitation approach that combines manual therapy, education and specific exercise is essential in a successful recovery. Leah is a Certified Acupuncturist with Acupuncture Canada. Some of the continuing education courses Leah has completed include: Level 1 Manual Therapy, Level 2 Manual Therapy (Upper and Lower), Soft Tissue Release, Athletic Taping, The Female Athlete and The Hip Complex.
